It's one of those annoying hindsight situations though that makes it easy to make claims like that though.
In that Jones was worth every cent based on last year's performance but based on this year's he appears to be overpaid.

That being said I agree we rightly paid him and I'm hoping this year is just a blip and not the start of a downward trend in performances.
