Marvin speaks to us four times a week (including game days) and opportunities do slip by. It happens. But I don’t think a broad statement isn’t accurate.
No worries. Marv is about as engaging and interesting as watching paint dry. The reason i got so annoyed, listening to the presser, is that you get so few opportunities to really put the iron to the fire with him.
I also understand the line you have to walk, trying to keep an amicable, working relationship with coaches and players and having to ask the tough questions that fans want to hear asked.
Everything is always just so much easier when the team is winning...
