Haven't seen much good from either so far.
True on Petty, but Hackenberg hasn't been on the field yet and he was a 2nd rounder. I doubt they give up on him before he even touches a field.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
