as far as the op, nay. Staying here he'd be behind Marvin until Marvin retires or mike brown turns over the keys to someone else (who may or may not be content with just having a strong regular season team). Neither are likely to happen in the next couple years. Realistically, Marvin isn't that old. He could coach another 8-10 years.
