Hugh keeps telling anyone that asks that he's not worried about his job. That's because he's not. He took that job with the understanding that the first coupla years would be difficult as they rebuild their roster. I'd say the ownership has given him a guaranteed 3 seasons, if not 5. The Browns are definitely committed to Hugh.
