This is patently false.

The consensus around here is; that without CP's injury in '05, the Bengals likely go far into the playoffs, if not all the way. Furthermore, since the arrival of AD and AJ, they haven't missed the playoffs. That is far from being light years away of competitive.

They have their problems but don't make stuff up.
