I'll be visiting Cincy near my birthday (end of Jan) and I would like some recommendations on the best non-chain steakhouses in the downtown area. I want to support a local place and not a chain. I tend to go all out for my bday so I'm looking for high end recommendations and that have a great wine list. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
