I think organizational culture also entails how a team responds to losing and setting performance standards. Is it acceptable or isn't it? Teams all say they want to win...but some handle not winning differently.
Think of Marvins press conferences talking about how we did some good things. Some teams when they lose they call players out and talk about how their performance is way below the standard they expect.
