Arians was a good OC there too and I think he was the one that changed their offense from power running to passing.

Re: What Haley is doing - Bell is probably the best RB in football. Brown is probably the best WR in football. Roethlisberger is a top 5-7 QB. How hard is it to be a good OC when you have all of that?
