Whitworth seems to be incredibly preserved for an athlete his age. He had knee issues a couple years back, but no mention of them this year or last. He is one of the few big men in the NFL to actually lose weight, and maintain his playing ability. I'd say that he knows what he's doing, he's a smart man. It's not like he's some washed up has-been that is just hangin' on for one more paycheck. The guy is still a great Tackle.
Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations
