Us not getting anything from the...
#12
The 2015 draft was really bad. The Bengals dug themselves a hole (thus far) by going for "ultra athletic" OTs that were more project than ready. Many felt Ogbuehi was a reach in the first round, and so far it's proven to be so.
Kroft has only contributed 221 receiving yards in 30 played games thus far. A third round TE should be contributing more in the passing game. He's being used like a late round TE.
Dawson hasn't done anything, going so far as to be released and signed to the PS due to attitude issues. This is a player though that might be able to contribute at least maybe at SAM if he could actually see the field.
Shaw has been a good selection, especially given the round he was selected. I still think he's a better fit at FS than CB though.
Hardison has been hurt both years and has 0 stats. This was considered a good selection at the time, but it hasn't panned out (yet).
Uzomah has done well considering he was a project with no true position coach in college. As a TE3, he's exceeded expectations, but he's not an impact player yet.
Derron Smith also has not seen the field on defense. He has 12 total tackles and 1 PD in 28 games played. Given the struggles at safety, he needs more opportunities. Just like Shaw, Smith was rated as a high round prospect that fell in the draft process.
Alford wasn't able to contribute enough as a receiver or returner, which resulted in him being cut. Bad pick.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!
