I think McMillan is at his best stopping the RB at the line of scrimmage. His weakness is speedy RBs in space. He makes those, "Ooooooh!" hits. Problem is sometimes he just isn't able to get there to make the hit and the RB gets around him just outside his grasp. He isn't Luke Keuchly, but he would be an upgrade over Maualuga.

He also reminds me of Burfict a little. Burfict doesn't have great measureables, but he is in the right place to make plays.
