I'd try to hang on to Leake (he's having a slightly down year - which could lower his price) and trade Bruce, Chappy and Byrd.
If we manage to keep Leake and load up on prospects, this team could go right back to contending in 1-2 years.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
