No doubt Marvin has long passed his peak as a HC, and we can rail all we want against him but the number 1 problem BY FAR is the decision to continue having him employed.
The number one problem IMO is not having an almost obsessive desire & commitment to winning. All those other things will most likely fall into place if you have that burning desire & commitment.
