Jones absolutely should be cut and Dansby hopefully isn't brought back. 

Peko is a run stuffer by sometimes being in the way of the ball carrier. A Nose Tackle should also be getting a few QB hurries/hits/sacks. Peko doesn't/can't. Re. Jones, I agree.

To the original topic: If the Bengal's front office does nothing in the offseason with these players then there is NO Rebuild by definition.
