Dude...free agency isn't any less risky than drafting players. Free agents have a proven track record.
The Bengals haven't even been playing most of their draft picks in Year 1 the past several years.
Also, the Bengals free agency strategy of 'dumpster diving' hasn't yielded a single playoff win in 26+ years.
It's not working.
