The receivers you mention may be faster in a short shuttle, but with pads on and with that length, I disagee with your statement about him not being close to the fastest. I think he was clocked at 4.2 while still at OSU.
He was clocked between 4.38 and 4.41 at his Pro Day in PA, and it's unlikely that he's gained speed since then. OSU is notorious for fast 40 times, and it's widely known that the track at the Woody Hayes Athletic Center knocks off about .1 off of what guys normally run. He still has deep speed and a big frame, but he's not the fastest WR in the league by a long shot.
