At least some scouts think Williams will run a 4.6 or slower. If he does that, he'll get labeled Laquon Treadwell, and teams will not view him worthy of a top 10 pick.

If Williams runs over a 4.55, I'd rather have Corey Davis if the Bengals take a WR at 9.
