If like Hobspin says we are only using 15 mil to bring back our own you would think we would make that
number a little bigger by atleast cutting Maualuga, Adam and Gilberry. Don't know how much bigger the
number would be after that but this would be getting rid of deadweight while making it more likely we can
re-sign Whitworth and Burkhead and going after a few other FA's to free up the draft.
Just makes sense. Sign proven players then open up the crapshoot Draft.
Maualuge just proved he is terrible without his hair.
Adam just proved he has not learned from his prior mistakes.
Gilberry has proved he can be easily replaced.
I wouldn't cut MJ, but i would restructure his contract and keep him on as depth and insurance.
