Maybe you don't see it as much because you don't follow their teams, but every QB vents during down games/years.

Vent all you want.  I personally like to see the passion.  Quit?  Take your ball and go home?  Hell, no...especially when that team just made you one of the highest paid players (at that time) and you gladly took the front-loaded money.  Big, big difference.
