I'm not waiting for round 4 or 5.  We need to take the top guy and move on.  This crap about waiting until the 4th round has gotten us where we are today.  If we burned a 2nd rounder on a C or even a 3rd rounder, I feel like they would have to justify the pick by playing him at some point.
