Actually, no, it does not.  The only time it is a problem is when some underling thinks he should be making the decvisions insteda of the boss.

It is not "bad business" at all.  If you had more experience with the real world then you wuold realize that that is how it works even in the most successful businesses in the world.  If all a business cared about was not hurting the feelings of the employees then it would be out of business real soon.

What causes bad work environments is employees who think they are the boss.
