Dave Lapham didn't "pick" anyone. He merely predicted who the Bengals would select, and happened to be correct. It's pretty simple, really. Just follow the clues that the team slowly lets out, via Hobson, and start connecting dots with who is available at that position, when they are scheduled to pick.
