Last year Hill was held to 2 yards or less on 108 of 222 carries.  That is 48.6%

The league total was 6062 carries of 2 yards or less of a total 13,321 carries.  That is 45.5%

So Hill is a little (very little) below league average, but that could be attributed to him getting a higher percentage of carries in short yardage situations.
