So let's presuppose that scenario ("these 8 being pulled off the board: Garrett, Thomas, Barnett, Fournette, Allen, Adams, Lattimore, Howard"), and assume they aren't able to find a trade partner. If they are still at 9 with those 8 off the board, who do they pick? Any chance of Mixon at 9? John Ross?
I think Ross is a great fit for the Bengals across from AJ and Eifert. Obviously the speed, but the kid can run routes and has hands too. He gets knocked for his size but he's about the same frame as Antonio Brown was coming out of college.
