40 time is a bit overrated.. for example Martavis Bryant is considered a deep threat WR.. well he ran a 4.42 in the combine.  Godwin from PA ran  the same time and is considered a deep threat WR.. so why not look at Godwin in 2/3 round and draft a DE with #9 pick.
