Eifert may not be ready for training camp

This whole thing sounds odd to me, it seems really soon to be taking hits after a back surgery. Does anyone know for sure what type of surgery he had? I'd hate to see a young guy paralysed by rushing back too soon. I know that young guys recover quicker, it just doesn't sound right. Surely this wasn't a fusion..??
