Al Saunders has an amazing NFL resume.
He was a wide receivers coach with the Chargers when they developed the Air Coryell offense that lit up the league. he took over as head coach when Coryell left.
He was Asst head coach/WR coach for the Rams in '99-'00 when they were The Greatest Show on Turf.
He was offensive coordinator for the Chiefs from '01-'05. During those 5 years they lead the league in total offense twice and never finished lower than 5th
He has not had as much success recently, but he was the offensive coordinator with the Raiders when Hue was head coach.
