I havn't been to Waverly yet, but it's on the list.
I can recommend Hillview Manor in PA though.
It was fantastic and has one spot in it that even makes the overseers nervous.
If you plan on doing this a lot, shell out the cash and get an Ovilus X.
We get great results with ours.
