Batman > Predator. The advanced weaponry would be tough, but I think Batman would find a way to make himself invisible to predator.
Terminator > Robocop. Even though I lov. Robocop, I think Terminator can take more damage.

Nightcrawler is a great character, and while even though he can teleport Flash can move faster than the speed of light. So the second Kurt gets the idea to teleport Barry/Wally(who's even faster than Barry) can deck him.
