They have a lot of talent on paper, so if this team underachieves (IMO anything short of at least 1 playoff win), we could see some big changes made. We have a lot of guys coming off the books for 2016 (20+ guys by my count that will likely make the roster, at least 12 of them are starters or big time role players) and a few other players with outs in their current contracts (Andy, Peko, and Maualuga could be moved, could be more that I'm not thinking of).
I think a year with tons of players becoming free agents would be an ideal time to make some larger than usual changes IF the team underperforms without anything crazy happening (Andy and Hill both going down in week 1 for example, then it would almost be expected to miss the playoffs all together).
