No back can control when he fumbles and lots of really good RBs have fumbled at bad times. Ernest Byner went to multiple Pro Bowls. Aaron Rodgers lost a playoff game with a fumble. It happens.
Plus it only happened once with Hill, so I don't know why you made "times" plural.
