The MTD brand has Troy Bilt, Cub Cadet, Yard Man, Bolen, some Craftsman models, Arnold, and (I think) a few other offshoots that are all the same.  In reality all tractors, regardless of brand on the cowling, are made by MTD, Husqvarna, or John Deere.
