I don't know. When is the last time you've seen the Steelers go out and sign a troubled former 1st Round pick that had issues with the law.

Guys get arrested while there, but that happens with every team.

The Bengals make a habit of drafting and signing guys with issues. The Bengals KNOWINGLY do it. (Tank Johnson, Benson, Jones, Henry, Thurman, etc.)

It's going to take a while to shake that reputation.
