What Is Different and Is It Enough?

For those that think this year is different that leads to my next question;

With Brown and Lewis still at the helm, will the differences be enough and why?

There are differences at the beginning of every year. 

But the result, other than last year (which was worse) is always the same. 

Will the differences be enough this year?  No.
