I think the three running backs are good compliments for each other. Bernard, the agile pass catcher, Hill, the bruiser, and Mixon who's the all-around guy. With the growth of committees in football, it makes sense to keep all three and use them in their roles of strength, especially considering that all three will possibly take a beating behind the O-Line. The more options you have, the better.
