Can these rookies make the roster and change the overall team speed? Will it make a difference? If so,where exactly do you see biggest impact from the 2017 speed draftees?

1) see WJIII, Ross, Joe Mixon, Jordan Willis, Carl Lawson, and possibly Cody Core making roster. 

2) Yes

3) It will make a difference having Ross and AJ lined up together keeping safeties honest and allowing Eiffert and Mixon to do their  thing. 
Hopefully WJIII is real deal as well and allows his speed to impact defensive backfield in major fashion too.
