Bengals in Odd Numbered Years under Lewis

2015 is in the conversation of all-time best Bengals teams with the 8-0 start. Yeah, I know. Playoff collapse.

2013 was also a great year where Zim and Gruden springboarded into head coaching gigs. Dalton set a bunch of franchise season records at QB. The Defense played really well.

2011 was a shocker with the rookies Dalton and Green, where they defied expectations and made the playoffs.

2009 we swept the AFC North and won the division. It was flanked by two pretty horrible seasons though.

2007 crashed and burned big time, but had some fun moments with Carson, Chad and TJ. J-Joe and Leon Hall cemented themselves as one of the hot young CB tandems. Because this season sucked, you can argue that 2006-2008 was the worst 3 year stretch in Marvin's tenure.

2005 was epic, and is also in the conversation of best all-time Bengals teams.

2003 was Marvin's first year where the Bengals were competitive and had spirit for the first time in a long time.

Let's hope 2017 continues this trend, yeah?

Odd numbered years? Now I have heard it all. Cmon man.
