Yeah, Ross has lots of skills, he just isn't speed.

I loved the Ross pick.  Hell, I loved the entire draft.  I wasn't a big supporter of the Mixon selection, but we still got Willis in the 3rd so I cooled off a bit.  

Ross having Dalton will be like night and day from that QB in Washington. Dalton is very accurate and a very good
deep ball QB contrary to what some say. The entire draft was awesome IMHO. Even the Mixon selection cause we
traded back to get him and i almost guarantee that is all behind him.
