I'm not saying it's the worst winter on the planet, I'm just saying it's not San Diego. There's plenty of justification for a facility.
We don't practice in the middle of the night in winter when weather is coldest, but either your weather analysis is way off

Average highs are way above the 20's In January and Feb.
November and December is in the 50's in Nov. and mid 40's in December
I am so ready for 2024 season. I love pro football and hoping for a great Bengals year. Regardless, always remember it is a game and entertainment.
