Gruden taking over would be a nightmare not a dream.  The longer he stayed in Tampa the worse they got.  His problem is he wants to coach and play GM, simultaneously.  There's a reason he got sacked, despite winning the only Superbowl in Buccaneers' history.  A Superbowl he won with Tony Dungy's team I must add.  If he wanted to coach only then he would be great but the HC and GM are a package deal.
