This team is set up to do this if all falls into place.

Heres the other issue which has been tossed around a million times. So much that I hate repeating it. However, if ML does not take a different approach on rookies, all of this talent is just on paper which does us no good if it barely hits the field. They need to be prepped hard and fast to be ready out the gate. Yes, knowing there will be some mistakes, it's a path I feel we must take.
