That's why I said "pace". I was averaging all his numbers up to full seasons.
Even when you do that, Burfict had his 2nd most impressive season statistically.
It was also his 2nd highest % of snaps played.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
