Agree with pretty much all of this. I can't help but think Gio would be better in a place like New England or New Orleans, etc. Or in a place with a better o-line. I don't think he's quite as talented as we (including myself) thought after his rookie year, but he could be better than what we've seen the last couple.
The training, nutrition, medicine, fitness, playbooks and rules evolve. The athlete does not.
