Either you use the entire population or we don't list the 31 other QBs, just those around Andy's age (Kirk Cousins).

I give Dalton the slight nod over Cousins. 

My reasoning is that both had success in Gruden's quick passing West Coast Offense. Now here's the rub, Dalton has also been successful in Hue Jackson Air Coryell system that has a deeper route trees.
