IMHO, the OL will struggle thru the 1st 4-6 games but the D will bail the team out in those games, so we're about 3-3 over 6 games. Remember the Seahawks from several years back when they started a makeshift OL that got better as the season progressed?
As the OL improves ... and barring injuries ... I see us making a run over the last 10 games and going about 8-2 in the last 10.
So, for me, 11-5 (but not winning the division), making the playoffs and winning a WC game at home.
However, I also remember my Dad's favorite saying ... "If wishes were horses, all beggars would ride."
