Spending a 1st Round pick on a Center is a waste because if they turn into an All-Pro the Bengals would never retain them once their contract is up.
It's obvious that the Bengals won't pay big money for G and C. Despite the fact that Guards are getting paid more around the league as the evolution of the league makes G more important.
