Watch the 12th play down. I picked this play out myself before Redlegs used it here. Ogbuehi lets the DE go as he's most likely supposed to, Eifert comes around behind and lowers the boom on him.

Now watch what Og does ! He waddles out finds the LBer and just bounces around like please don't make me block you fellow. Let's not do this guy just keep your distance and I'll keep mine.

This isn't an example of bad technique or let's coach him up ! This is an example of not having the desire, heart, guts, killer instinct or whatever you want to call it.
