For me it's actually pretty simple; make a legitimate run at the Super Bowl. I've waited 25 years for that....far too long for any fan.
In terms of the actual details that can get us there are up for debate. My 2 cents is that these 3 clowns together will never get us close to a Super Bowl. I'd say at the very least 2 of them have to go.
