I wouldn't go using a high pick on a NE RB, but they've had some useful RBs through the years.

Blount, Vareen, Woodhead, Dion Lewis, Maroney, Law Firm, etc.

And you never know who's going to get the carries from week to week. Blount was the exception and even he was a crap shoot a lot of the time.
